• Choose your preferred booking option at "elkes-feriendomizil-sh" in Schretstaken:

1. "STANDARD": You pay a small deposit in advance and pay the rest upon arrival. Cancellation is until8 weeks (56 days) before arrival possible free of charge, in case of later cancellation the deposit is no longer refundable.

2. "RISK": You save 10% of the rental costs, but pay the reduced total amount in advance. In the event of cancellation, your payment is generally non-refundable.

• The offer is made without showing the sales tax according to §19 UStG.

• The down payment (complete payment for the RISK option) is usually made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal ("to friends" otherwise plus a fee). You can pay the balance or last-minute bookings on the day of arrival in cash or by PayPal ("to friends" otherwise plus fee).

• Check-in is generally possible from 3 p.m., check-out should be completed by 12 p.m. If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us beforehand.

• Note the house rules:

1. The apartment along with inventory and outdoor area is to be treated with care! We hold you liable for damage caused by gross negligence, parents are liable for their children.

2. No rental to youth groups without a supervisor (minimum age 21).

3. No Go's: Smoking in the apartment | Parties and noise after 10pm | Pool use without consultation and instruction | Accommodating other unannounced guests | Pyrotechnics near the plot | dirty shoes in the apartment | Animals on the couch or in bed

 

Reservation / Payment

• You contact us with all the necessary information via the non-bindingReservation requeston our side "Contact".

• We will send you our offer with payment plan, bank details (photo transfer possible) and PayPal address by email.

• After sending our offer by e-mail, we will keep your desired booking date free for you until the payment date specified in the payment schedule.

• With the timely receipt of the deposit (option RISK complete payment) we will fix the reserved date, otherwise release it for new interested parties - our offer will then become irrelevant.

• The remaining payment is due upon arrival.

 

 Withdrawal / Cancellation

• We see your right of revocation as protected by the period from the time the offer is made to the receipt of payment notified in the payment plan. This period is 5 working days (bank days).

• You can request cancellation in writing at any time (by email to efd-sh@email.de).

1. Cancellation with the "STANDARD" option: Free of charge up to 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival. If canceled later, the deposit paid is non-refundable

2. Cancellation for option "RISK":  Basically non-refundable.​
